During this time he developed a passion for customer-centric thinking and taking an evidence-based approach to work.
He is an advocate for Modern Agile and in 2021 he set up his own company Digital Rebels to help train teams to be high performing, to help organisations deliver what their customers really want and need through consulting, and through the development of digital solutions.
Scott has shared his experience around the globe at events as a keynote speaker.
